Returns

Flag Monkey offers 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for any of our products returned
within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.

Simply return the product to us and we will refund you the price of the goods,
provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent
and in original packaging.


Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

In all refund or exchange instances, we ask you send us an email
to jay@flagmonkey.com.au so we can look out for your purchase
and ensure we fulfil our guarantee.

For refunds due to change of mind, please just post the item back to us
along with a brief email explaining your wishes,
and we will refund the money for the purchase back to your account.
Postal costs will not be included in your refund.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product issued,
Flag Monkey can provide you two options:
We can either exchange the faulty item for a new one at no extra cost to you or
you can post the item back to us and we will provide you a full refund including postage costs.
Please advise your preferred option as part of the email to us, including a brief explaination of the fault.

If there has been an error by Flag Monkey in selecting your item
and you have received an item different to to what you ordered,
please let us know what you would like to do.
We will be happy to exchange the item for the correct one at no additional cost to you
or provide you with a full refund including postage costs.
