Purchase of Flags:

All flags are sold new-in-bag.

We do not refund items, but we will gladly exchange products returned within 48 hours / 2 days of purchase

The returned Item must be unopened, unused and undamaged. The returned item must be returned to Flag Monkey shop, Glebe in the original packaging.

All post cost for refund/ exchange of items must be paid by the customer.

Custom- made items:

Custom made items must be prepaid. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will gladly exchange with a replacement item for any faulty workmanship by Flag Monkey staff.

Signage:

All Signage must be prepaid prior to delivery or installation. Flag Monkey recommends any board signs (metal or other materials) should be installed by a licensed builder. This would be at the cost of the customer.
